Job Description

Overview
The Regional Recruiter will assume a leadership role in Field Management by managing recruiting key performance indicators in assigned territory develop and implement regional recruiting strategies and create an inventory of quality Assistant General Agents and Field Agents candidates. In addition, this role will partner with members of the Field Management team, General Agents and Assistant General Agents in assigned territory to attain annual recruiting goals.


Core Responsibilities


Assume leadership role in Field Management. Identify development recruiting strategies that attract quality candidates to the Field Agent role. Quality candidates must meet published recruiting standards, obtain a life and health license and become an Investment Adviser Representative by passing NASAA Series 65 exam within 6 months.
Partners with General Agents in the development of annual Agency Recruiting Business Plans. These plans will identify the annual agency recruiting goal, open territories, the assigned Assistant General Agent to the territory and the Councils.
The Regional Recruiter will report to the VP of Agent recruiting and growth.
The Regional Recruiter is also responsible for achieving/exceeding Assistant General Agent of Field Agent recruiting objectives. This individual must have an excellent understanding of the insurance, financial planning and mutual fund industries.
The individual must:

Achieves recruiting goals
Demonstrates the ability to drive and deliver results
Show a high level of integrity and conviction
Partners effectively with all stakeholders

This is accomplished by:


Developing an inventory of Catholic Gentlemen that are interested in career with the insurance and mutual funds organizations of the Order.
Promote a regional strategy the attracts quality Field Agent candidates from local universities, Catholic conferences, insurance industry meetings, social media and a robust referral network.
Attain monthly Key Performance Indicators.
Share new recruiting insights and learnings with assigned General Agents.
Assist General Agents and Assistant General Agents in the recruiting process.
Develop and implement a Recruiting Business Plan that maximizes recruiting activities within assigned
territory and/or assigned relationships
Maintaining accurate records of recruiting calls, interested candidates, actions taken and other pertinent data.
Monitor recruiting results; compare results to plan forecast and adjust as needed on a quarterly, with the VP of Client Recruiting and Growth.
Leveraging and coordinating regional and Home Office resources
Leveraging technology, social media and other resources.
Establish and maintain strategic national and local relationships within the assigned territory.



Meet or surpass annual recruiting goals.
Proactive contact with General Agents and Assistant General Agents as the field agent recruiting liaison in the assigned territory.
Interact with product vendors as needed to support new sales opportunities
Other duties as assigned.

Skill Qualifications


Must possess leadership skills, be a strategic thinker and have the ability to recruit and coach sales personnel.
Good working knowledge of all insurance products.
Ability to drive recruiting results and exceed annual goal; will need an understanding of the competitions field agent contracts.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with field associates.
Solid understanding of insurance compliance.
Enthusiastic team player and self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Navigator, SmartOffice, Microsoft Office



Education and Experience Qualifications
Education: Bachelors Degree Required

Experience: 5 years of recruiting in the financial services industry
