The Housekeeper will be responsible for assisting with cleaning and maintaining the appearance of this luxury apartment community. Modera Hall Street is a newly constructed community.

Required Skills:

  • Must be able to effectively communicate in with residents and staff.
  • Must have at least 1 years of related work experience.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others.

About Modera LoHi

Mill Creek Residential continues to bolster its Denver presence with the development of Modera LoHi, a class-A apartment community in the Lower Highlands neighborhood. Located at 2555 16th Street, the community features 132 apartment homes and three distinct outdoor spaces. First move-ins are anticipated for Sept. 2020.
