Job Purpose: As the Program Technician at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose is to perform duties to monitor and assist clients during their stay in the detoxification center and provide assistance to other staff members, following detailed instructions and under standard procedure.
These functions include - but not limited to - conduct random urinalysis drug testing as outlined procedurally; monitor all drug test by observing samples being provided via same sex staff to client interaction; Document all results of each sample provided and have client sign and date the form used; and contact program supervisor immediately should a conflict arise regarding U/A process.
Mostly importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)
- Level II Background clearance
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire's insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Other qualifications: Experience or additional training in substance abuse counseling skills preferred. Must have basic computer skills. Ability to take basic vital signs using blood pressure equipment, breathalyzer and thermometer.
