Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Rep (must be fluent in Spanish and English)
Location: Northeast Tallahassee (near intersection of Mahan Dr & Chaires Cross Road)
Summary: Assist busy online driving school company with Customer Service support (handle inbound-calls; they are rolling out a new software for their services and need someone sharp on phone and computer), general administrative support, various tasks, as assigned. They are seeking someone who is looking for long-term/career employment, who is versatile, professional, with strong aptitude for learning as well as strong computer and communication skills.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday from 9a-5p (60min daily break)

*Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is required
•Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
•Strong computer skills & Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit (PowerPoint, Adobe, Word, etc)

•Strong aptitude for learning; trainable
•Dependability is critical

•Self-driven; able to complete tasks without direct supervision.
