Job Details Company Overview

Position Summary

The Clinic Manager, Hematology/Oncology is directly responsible for the clinic teams and services within the Division of Hematology/Oncology and works closely with the providers and other leaders to assure implementation of clinical services in the medical center in a way that meets or exceeds standards while providing an excellent patient experience across all services. Oversee daily clinic operations of a growing Multi-Disciplinary Cancer Center, including Medical Assistants, and nurse coordinators. Must be capable of independent problem solving, judgement and decision making in the areas of personnel, patient services and administrative or professional programs. In addition, you will be primarily on the floor with the team ensuring safety efficiency, and access. 

Qualifications

Education           

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse or eligible for licensure in District of Columbia required 

  Experience         

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in ambulatory healthcare setting (preferably oncology), 1 year of supervisory experience.
