Our client is currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator
•assist providing essential services such as general maintenance (excluding trades such as carpentry, electrical, …), waste disposal, office cleaning, mail distribution, courier, office supplies (inventory through distribution), internal meeting room set up and break-down, internal office / desk moves and set-up, and recycling
•responsible for setting up larger company meetings and supporting IT
•responsible for organizing off site meetings / conference rooms
•responsible for ensuring office refreshment supplies are maintained and available (i.e. tea, coffee, milk, snack vending machines)
•help with arranging outside catering supplies for meetings/events
•responsibility for office equipment (i.e. copier printers, company bicycles, …), organizing any repairs and performing light maintenance
•assist the Engineering Manager with the coordination of contractors, plant and building maintenance including redecorations and fixtures/fittings repairs, service repairs and renewals
•maintain and enhance operational documentation, run-books, etc.
•other duties as directed by the Engineering Manager
•Proven experience of providing facilities support to tight deadlines essential.
•Knowledge of office management.
•Prior experience in facilities support in the biotech/pharmaceutical sector beneficial.
•Experience in GMP manufacturing environment a plus.
•Good IT skills including experience of using MS Office (i.e. spreadsheets) and related facility applications (i.e. security system, badging system).
•Co-operative attitude with ability to communicate at all levels including external contractors. Excellent people skills to help with company culture.
•Good time management skills essential and the ability to handle a complex workload important.
