Summary
The Sr. Manager, Solutions Delivery (SAP CoE) - Sales and Finance is responsible for strategic leadership over the functional areas of the organization, which are responsible for the creation of new system-based capability to enable Sales, Service, and Finance business strategies. In addition, the incumbent is accountable for keeping all of the associated applications maintained and running.

Responsibilities
* Coach, mentor and develop Solutions Delivery - Sales and Finance team.
* Develop and manage the department budget as well as reporting on qualitative and quantitative results.
* Develop and lead a strategic plan for applications within Sales, Service, and Finance business areas, which will ensure that solutions are positioned to grow, able to seize new opportunities and maintain superior customer services to internal and external customers.
* Responsible for the evaluation, selection and implementation of major systems, as well as the conversions from existing systems.
* Responsible for the timely completion and implementation of quality solutions aligned with the overall IT, Sales, Service, and Finance strategies. These include developing a road map for new systems, enhancing the functionality of existing systems and integrating new and existing applications to streamline business processes.
* Collaborate and communicate with the leadership and sponsor committees to ensure that business outcomes are achieved, and stakeholders are informed on status, issues and risks.
* Provide the overall vision necessary to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective area services and collaborate with other IT disciplines to ensure that the necessary changes to IT environment are instituted at an appropriate level of quality, cost and architectural consistency.
* Ensure support and maintenance of solutions in Sales, Service and Finance areas are delivered according to established guidelines and service levels.
Education
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required in Computer Science or Related Field
Required Skills and Experience
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in a broad range of IT areas including software development, ERP platforms, off the shelf software package implementation, etc.
* Minimum of 4 years of IT leadership experience.
* Understanding of business models and systems.
* Proven ability to lead the development of systems and projects.
* Strong IT technical background with understanding of software, hardware, networks and the internet.
* Budget management and negotiation experience.
* Experience in change management with a demonstrated ability to leverage relationships to influence.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills with the proven ability to communicate with all levels including management and business partners.
* Outstanding organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail
Working Conditions
* Office Environment
* Willing to work some weekends if necessary
* Travel (25%)
* Hybrid location: Associate will work on-site regularly as needed for work activities.
