Responsibilities
• Assist outside sales and customers in finding the products and services they need
• Process customer requests
• Update customer accounts
• Inputs orders and work orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow up on sales leads
• Field Customer Calls
• Follow through with vendors on timely receipt of purchase orders
• Ensure work/purchase orders are sent to warehouse in a timely manner to be shipped, delivered, or installed
• Perform quoting and estimating
• Provide information to customers regarding product lines, order status, delivery status and coordination of installs

Education
• Associate's Degree
• High School Diploma

Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Effective time management/able to multi- task
• Evaluates situations effectively
• Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills
• Excellent follow-through
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills
• Independent, punctual, responsible, ethical and a team player
• Positive self-starter with pleasant personality and professional demeanor
• Stable work history with customer service experience is a plus
• Use logic, reasoning and critical thinking to identify research and resolve various issue
• Willingness to learn

Compensation
$36,000-40,000 per year

Benefits
Group Medical insurance available, $3600.00 a year paid by the company toward employee-only premium . LT/ST Disability insurance available. LT premium paid by the company. ST premium paid by the employee. Simple IRA with 1% to 3% matching contribution by the employer based on year plan, paid vacation, paid sick/personal time, paid holidays, paid training and great family atmosphere.
