In this role, you will oversee Jean-Georges Beverly Hills managing a team of 50. This is Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten's first restauranton the west coast offering a collection of contemporary California culinary delights, combining new taste sensations as well as much-loved selections from his famed New York City restaurants and beyond.
The ideal candidate will be a driven leader with a passion for providing exceptional service, a keen eye for detail, and a talent for building relationships. At least 2 years of food and beverage leadership experience with a background in upscale dining is required. Level II Sommelier Certification, and union and luxury hotel experience are a plus.

What will I be doing?
As a Floor Manager, you will work directly under the Restaurant General Manager to oversee operations at Jean-Georges Beverly Hills.
Direct and organize the activities of Jean-Georges to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
