This person will be joining the 12 person customer Service team. They will be responsible for interacting with the client base over the phone and via email. they will be handling requests such as service inquiries, billing information, change of address, product clarification, services questions, refunds, and satisfaction of customers. The company is a psychic platform for both users and psychics to exchange services and they are the third party. We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative with a background in e-commerce. The successful candidate will quickly develop an understanding of the company, its organizational structure, and its key businesses in order to effectively perform the Customer service responsibilities.
The primary duties of the Customer Service Representative are communicating with customers via inbound phone calls and a high volume of email correspondence. They should be able to quickly assess issues, offer solutions, and make decisions that meet not only the customer needs, but the business needs as well. New user registration sales, assist with issues, offer solutions based on guidelines. The ideal candidate is professional at all times and capable of thriving under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
