Overview of the Application Support Specialist role:

• Maintaining and troubleshooting applications
• Support of Core applications and systems
• Addressing and resolving errors
• Communication with users, application owners, and senior stakeholders
• Improve application stability and performance
• Observe patterns and recurring issues
• Advise on permanent fixes and solutions

Preferred Qualifications for the Application Support Specialist:

• Proven application support experience
• Knowledge in scripting languages - JavaScript, Python
