Derived Salary: $65K - $100K/Year
Position: Digital Marketing Specialist (Temp to Hire)

An established e-commerce company is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives that align with business goals. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on implementation to monitor, optimize, and drive digital marketing efforts. The right candidate will manage technical tasks directly and collaborate with external resources as needed.

Responsibilities:

Digital Advertising: Design and implement a comprehensive digital advertising strategy focused on PPC for high-value e-commerce products, including search and shopping campaigns on Google and Microsoft Ads. Manage and maintain a large product feed.
Social Media Management: Develop and oversee social media content to boost engagement and connect with target audiences.
Email Marketing: Create and execute email campaigns, including managing cold outreach. Handle permissions, contacts, and CRM synchronization for effective lead management.
Lead Management: Use Zapier to automate data transfer from web forms into the CRM (currently ACT, transitioning to Odoo) to create and assign contacts and opportunities.
Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of marketing data, using tools like GA4 and Looker Studio to identify trends, assess performance, and optimize strategies.
Technical Implementation: Set up and maintain tracking codes, pixels, and other essential elements of digital campaigns to ensure accurate tracking.
Website Management: Manage website hosting, make edits, and add new products to ensure the site is up-to-date and optimized.
Graphics Creation: Design engaging graphics to support and enhance marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing roles with a mix of strategy and hands-on execution. Expertise in PPC, CRM management, and lead generation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field. Certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
Digital Marketing Proficiency: Skilled in managing digital channels such as email, social media, and PPC. Familiar with Google and Microsoft Ads, product feed management, and CRM systems like ACT and Odoo.
CRM and Automation Skills: Experience with CRM systems and automation tools like Zapier for efficient contact management.
Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with experience using GA4, Looker Studio, and an ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Strategic and Innovative: Capable of strategic planning, identifying trends, and implementing creative solutions to achieve business goals.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and clear presentation.
Preferred: Experience with WooCommerce, WordPress, and marketing luxury goods to high-net-worth individuals.
