Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Customer Service Representatives in the Metro East area!

The Customer Service Representative acts as the first point of contact for customers by answering product or service questions.  Acting as the liaison between the company and customer, providing information regarding services, completing requests, and fulfilling the needs of the customer to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:
  • 2-4 years of customer support experience.
  • Associates Degree or some college coursework preferred.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character
  • Familiarity with using CRM Software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc).
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and written, and effectively with a wide range of people.
