Jack's Maintenance Service is currently looking to hire a hardworking and driven Experienced Floor Technician with a passion to exceed and grow within our Elite company
We are a janitorial and maintenance company specializing in commercial cleaning

As an Experienced Floor Technician, you will be responsible for a variety of job duties (including but not limited to):
• Operating of commercial cleaning equipment such as high wet & dry vacuums, and Floor Scrubbers
• Help develop and train floor technicians
• Travel to client work sites and surrounding areas (vehicle provided) to complete scheduled work orders
• Performs floor/carpet care as well as maintenance duties in a variety of environments including offices, mills, plants, hospitals, schools and other settings.
• Stripping, Waxing, and Buffing of floors

Requirements:
Desired Skills
• Prior janitorial experience or experience with commercial flooring is required
• Prior supervisor experience is preferred but not required
• Valid Drivers' License & acceptable driving record required
• Must be able to successfully pass an extensive background check
