Tech Support Analyst

Kelly Services has an outstanding opportunity as a Tech Support Analyst in Indianapolis.   Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through targeted milestones immediately after product purchase to establish optimal usage behaviors and accelerate the customer's time to value 
  • Create, own, and execute end-to-end end-user trainings through intensive product knowledge with the ability to command a small to large audience 
  • Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of products and services including features, benefits, etc. to effectively assess client needs and requirements 
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism during frequent interactions with customers and prospects via phone, email, video, and in person 
  • Coordinate processes to ensure customer’s expectations are met about products and services. 
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve systems and processes 
  • Collaborate with software partners to test the ActiveSense System releases 
  • Dynamically drive customer satisfaction during customer engagement and lifecycle
  • Tier 1 Support Expectations:
  • ActiveSense Portal and Mobile App Support 
  • Software, Communication, and Hardware troubleshooting 
  • Support ticket creation, FAQ documentation, support documentation 
  • Escalation of tickets to software partners 

  Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in Customer Service or Sales Specialist role within the Tech Industry 
  • 4-year College degree preferred 
  • Technical aptitude with a solid understanding of technology and how a product works with an aptitude to learn new technology is required 
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience developing customer relationships by telephone
