JOB DESCRIPTION:

QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT A REAL CAREER OPPORTUNITY, NOT JUST A JOB!

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As one of the nation's fastest growing solar companies, we are looking for a self-motivated QA Specialist  to actively listen to and grade calls made by our Solar Development Advisors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 year Quality Assurance experience
  • Minimum of 1 year Call Center experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Actively listen to calls made by our Solar Development Advisors and listen for any issues throughout the call.
  • Utilize checklist to grade each phone call making notes of any errors.
  • Send final reports to management weekly to follow up with the SDA’s
