The **Quality Review and Audit Lead Representative** will audit multiple products as well as highly complex accounts ensuring the accuracy of the client facing legal documents while effectively managing inventory to meet deadlines. Thorough knowledge of matrix partner functions and how they interact along with thorough product knowledge.
+ Audit accuracy of new and renewing client facing legal documents
+ Manage audit activity assigned meeting all key deliverables inclusive of turnaround times, communicating and documenting corrections, and providing projected completion of commitment dates
+ Document findings in appropriate Cigna quality repository ensuring documentation is clear and concise
+ Identify and recommend improvements in department processing and procedures and assist in the development of audit guidelines.
+ Act as a subject matter expert and a resource for team members.
+ Actively engage in quality initiatives to address error trends and process improvement
+ Demonstrates an understanding of the insurance industry
+ Demonstrates excellent writing ability and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Technical aptitude, which should include: Proficiency in MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
+ Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/priorities.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and high-level of attention to detail.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly complex matrix organization.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Ability to function in a production environment while maintaining high quality results
+ Flexibility with overtime and PTO hours during peak periods
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 22 - 33 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
