We are on an incredible growth trajectory and we're looking for an experienced Head of Customer & People Operations. Serve as a trusted advisor to our CEO in assessing business operations, strategy, and growth. The position provides critical support for the leadership team and must embrace the breadth of responsibilities in a rapidly growing startup. 

We are looking for a Head of Customer & People Operations to oversee daily activities across functions such as Customer Support, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Communications, Culture and Branding. 

As Head of Customer & People Operations you should be a pragmatic leader with an analytical, and strategic mind, and have a broad knowledge of the business. Ultimately, you’ll ensure our operations run smoothly and that people are productive.

Responsibilities: 

  • Design policies, overseeing customer service and implementing technology solutions
  • Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes 
  • Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
  • Devise strategies to ensure enterprise-wide growth
  • Identify and implement process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs
  • Work closely with HR to lead team with integrity to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
  • Serve as an interface with our legal team
  • Ensure prioritization alignment across executive team
  • Assist in executive communications
  • Promote alignment of cultural values
  • Ensure essential information to the leadership team and is synthesized and streamlined effectively

Qualifications: 

  • Deep quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent ability to communicate with executives and employees
  • Passion for operational efficiency
  • Undergraduate or Masters degree in business, engineering, or sciences
  • MBA is a plus
