Serve as a trusted advisor to our CEO in assessing business operations, strategy, and growth. The position provides critical support for the leadership team and must embrace the breadth of responsibilities in a rapidly growing startup.
We are looking for a Head of Customer & People Operations to oversee daily activities across functions such as Customer Support, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Communications, Culture and Branding.
As Head of Customer & People Operations you should be a pragmatic leader with an analytical, and strategic mind, and have a broad knowledge of the business. Ultimately, you’ll ensure our operations run smoothly and that people are productive.
Design policies, overseeing customer service and implementing technology solutions
Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes
Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
Devise strategies to ensure enterprise-wide growth
Identify and implement process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs
Work closely with HR to lead team with integrity to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
Serve as an interface with our legal team
Ensure prioritization alignment across executive team
Assist in executive communications
Promote alignment of cultural values
Ensure essential information to the leadership team and is synthesized and streamlined effectively
Deep quantitative and analytical skills
Excellent ability to communicate with executives and employees
Passion for operational efficiency
Undergraduate or Masters degree in business, engineering, or sciences
