Customer Service Technician - GREAT PAY!
This position is responsible for providing information, instruction and resolving process/technical related issues related to test administration, reports, client specific testing policy, personal computers and networks as they relate to company applications.
The ideal candidate has:
- Highschool diploma (tech certification or AA preferred)
- 1-3 years technical support role experience
- Experience in a non-scripted contact center or customer service experience
- Worked in a mid to large size contact center (10+ agents)
- Exceptional written communication
