Job Description

Under direct supervision, provides general administrative support to a department or group of professionals.Researches and obtains information for routine reports and special assignments. Compiles and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, prepares charts, graphs, or tables as necessary. Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review. Schedules appointments. Gives information to callers. Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations. Prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports. May handles multiple projects. May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be able to prioritize work, work on multiple tasks and maintain organization of trips/meetings. Must be self-directed in order to maintain office when managers are out. Excellent telephone and customer etiquette skills. Keen ability to organize and prioritize duties for multiple departments.
