As a Customer Service Admin, you will assist in customer service duties, i.e. answering phones, assisting customers, and be responsible for data entry, integrity, and analysis.
Primary responsibilities include: Provide excellent customer service, over the phone and in person Data Entry within Microsoft Office Suite Data Integrity and Analysis
Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Knowledge of and Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel Highly Organized Strong Customer Service Skills
The starting pay rate for Customer Service/Clerical jobs is $15-17 /hr, depending on experience, plus overtime as needed.
