Position Summary: The Unit Clerk/Nurse Aide functions as a multi-purpose team member under the direction of the RN in the patient care areas. The Unit Clerk/Nurse Aide performs the functions of both Unit Clerk and Nurse Aide. The job requires the delivery of basic patient care and clerical responsibilities as needed on a patient care unit.
Must be able to read, write and perform basic math skills. Must have a minimal level of medical terminology, strong communication and time management
