**Discovery Paralegal \- Senior \(Must have TS/SSBI with SCI eligibility**

SAVA is looking for an mid\-level Discovery Paralegal who will be responsible for various tasks as outlined below\.
+ Analyze and interpretrequests from customers
+ Research, locate, and gathermaterial responsiveto requests includingconductingoutreach and informal interviewstorespondtodocument requests and interrogatoriesAssist in preparationofdeclarations
+ Scan papermaterialsto save as animage file \(e\.g\.,\.PDF\)
+ Conductresponsiveness reviews of both ESI and papermaterials
+ Conduct legal privilege reviews usingSymantec Clearwell, AdobeProwith Redax,orotherdocumentreviewplatforms
+ Analyze documents and proficiently apply deletioncodesto diverse typesof privileged information
+ Review the workof peersfor accuracy and provideconstructive editstoensurequality and thoroughnessof review and processing
+ Support effective teamsto foster teamwork and planning and decisionmaking
+ Organize andmaintain accurate recordsof assignedrequests\. This includes keeping detailed casenotes, utilizing discovery plans, usingMicrosoft Excel spreadsheets, and entering case information into appropriate databases
+ Prepareelectronic and/orpaper releasesforreleaseto customers
+ Provide a high degreeof professionalism and customer service in all interactions with customers
+ Prioritize and schedule projects to accomplishobjectives
+ Represent the customer in challenging situations
+ Coordinate classification reviewswith subjectmatter experts
+ Maintain closecollaborationof projects with discoveryteammembers
+ Serve asconsultantto governmentemployees regarding privilege application and documentproduction
+ Communicate withcustomerstocomplete projectswith ahigh degreeofprofessionalism
+ Provide weekly statuses tomanagement
+ ActiveTop Secret Clearance with SSBI
+ 2yearsof leading litigation projects
+ Oneormoreyearsof progressivelymore responsible experienceperformingprivilege andother substantive reviewson litigation supportprojects\. Comparable combinationof education andexperiencemay be acceptable\.
+ Onetotwoyearsof progressivelymoreresponsible experience reviewingelectronic and papermaterials for privilegeon litigation supportprojects involvingpaperdocuments andelectronic files\.
+ Using an eDiscoveryreview platform\(e\.g\., Clearwell, Relativity\)to accurately identify and redactprivileged information
+ Researching and draftingresponsesto interrogatories
+ Obtain documentsfor document collection andproduction
+ Productivelycommunicating and driving litigationprojectsforward with clients and/or attorneys
+ Demonstratedexcellentoral andwritten communication skills andcoordination
+ Demonstratedexcellentcomputer skills inMS Office SuiteProducts, documentreview and filemanagement systems, and imaging
+ Shall have excellentMicrosoft Office skills\(specifically, Word, Excel,PowerPointand Outlook\)\.
