2+ years of Restaurant BOH Management/ Supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant
SCRATCH KITCHEN restaurant experience with $3+ MM Sales volume
Alcohol Awareness & Food Safe Handling Certified
Read and understand standard procedures and company-produced documentation
Basic restaurant management math knowledge/ skills - rate, ratio, percentages, understand numerical data
Common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
Thorough knowledge of Labor & Food cost calculation and spreadsheet formulation
Effectively communicate (oral/written) ideas and information
Attract, Hire, Lead and Develop Team Members
Work in an organized fashion with minimal supervision
Interact appropriately with Guests in the restaurant and the community at large
