We are currently recruiting for a prestigious Healthcare Organization in Irvine. We are seeking Human Resources Coordinator for a long term contract. Responsible for supporting wide range of HR related transnational, administrative, and customer service functions within the HR Shared Service Center. Accountable for timely and effective response, management, resolution, escalation of incoming HR inquiries, in accordance with established Service Level Agreements and processing of HR transactions across a breadth of HR functional areas. Additional responsibilities are delegated by the HR Shared Services lead and/or Department Manager. These responsibilities are tailored to the department and depend upon daily volume and workflow, and may include special projects.
HR experience should include Benefits Administration, and Payroll experience.
Working knowledge of a large HRIS system is preferred: Workday is a plus
This is a long term temporary role.
