As part of ICG Market Technology, Enterprise Risk Technology delivers strategic solutions to various business lines at Citi through innovations, collaborations, and cutting-edge technologies. We support multiple processing platforms for Wholesale Credit Risk, Market Risk and Regulatory reporting. We implement product-centric rules and logic required by various analytical calculations and reporting. Key functions include BASEL reporting, CCAR RWA and Wholesale Credit, Daily Credit Risk monitoring and reporting - actuals and stressed, CECL and IFRS-based loan reserves calculations and reporting, and Risk Capital for internal monitoring.

Role Description

As a member of our Project Manager team, you'll play crucial roles in collaborating with IT SME’s and business partners to ensure the continuous improvement in our applications and to drive our strategic solutions. You will engage in both Project Manager and Business Analyst activities to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with Citi’s Program and Project Management standards and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables

  • Responsible for project execution throughout all phases of software delivery

  • Manage project milestones, issues, and risks and ensure that all teams, business stakeholders and leadership are updated on a frequent basis

  • Facilitate meetings with business partners and subject matter experts to develop and document detailed functional requirements and assist with the production of technical specification/design documents

  • Perform impact analysis for business initiatives to ascertain partner business groups that will consequently be required to undergo technical or operational process change

  • Articulate and document end-to-end process and data flows

  • Define and execute System Integration test plans and test cases, and assist with user acceptance testing

  • Data analysis, including data collection, synthesis, and translation of results into concrete actionable solutions

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the systems, eventually ramping up to being the SME on the systems

Qualifications

  • 5-6 years of relevant experience

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and iterative development cycles. Experience with tools such as JIRA is preferred

  • Advanced knowledge of business processes and data analysis, as well as the ability to construct complex data queries

  • Experience in Microsoft Office including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, SQL, and No-SQL queries

  • Highly skilled at problem solving, ability to scope and provide structure to complex issues, rapidly learn unfamiliar processes, and provide insightful and timely remediation

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, excellent attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work

  • Be a team player who shows commitment and dedication while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of performance on high profile/time-sensitive initiatives

  • Knowledge in Wholesale Credit Risk is preferred
