Our client located in Mountain Lakes, New Jersey is seeking Call Center Representatives to join their telemarketing team! The Call Center Representative will be working in a high volume department, responsible for cold-calling customers off of a queue in order to schedule appointments for hearing tests. This position requires candidates who are diligent workers and are comfortable cold-calling and speaking with customers throughout the day. This company is growing FAST and they are looking for the right candidates to continue to grow the business. This role requires HEAVY outbound calls, a high volume of scheduling and requires driven individuals who are looking to make both an hourly pay as well as potential commission. Hours: the office is open from 8AM-8PM, will work 8 hour shift within those hours. MUST be flexible. Monday-Friday with two Saturday's a month. Schedule is always given in advance. Job Requirements

- Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries - Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment - Solid understanding of customer service - Microsoft Excel experience - Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills - Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - Supportive, positive attitude with a detail oriented demeanour applied to all tasks - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening) - 2+ years experience of proven performance in a goal-driven customer-focused environment desired If you seek to deliver great customer outcomes and want to improve your customer service skills to deliver personalized service specific to individual customer needs, we want to hear from you now.
