In this role, you will lead a team of skilled software developers, working on firmware and software solutions for our advanced laser systems. Your expertise will contribute to technological innovation and ensure the quality of our products. With your leadership skills, you will motivate your team and help shape the future success of our company.

• Leading teams of highly skilled and specialized software developers


• The team designs, creates, and maintains software for various hardware platforms


• Interaction within R&D and with other departments as well as realization and maintenance of new laser systems


• Planning and monitoring software progress within the projects


• Developing the skills and strengths of your team

• At least 8 years of professional experience in hardware-related software development


• A university degree in computer science, natural sciences, communications engineering, or a related field


• Several years of management experience (technical and disciplinary)


• A good knowledge of programming languages, e.g. C++ and/or Python


• A strong attitude towards continuous integration (preferably experience with Jenkins and Docker)


• Strong experience in agile software development using Atlassian tools


• Proficiency in the English and German language
