Responsibilities: Assist department with backlog of documents and records Document and record claims, payments and department transactions Scanning, shredding and assist with projects, as needed Processing updates to member information on company database
Preferred Qualifications: Must be able to operate standard office equipment Must be able to work independently and take initiative Must be able to retain information Must be able to independently problem-solve and make decisions compliant with company policies Must be able to lift items up to 20 pounds and perform light physical work
