Our client is currently seeking a Senior Recruiter This job will have the following responsibilities:
Responsible for recruiting and building talent acquisitions strategies, processes and capabilities supporting Schwab's business verticals. Will partner with stakeholders and Human Resources to drive quality hires for hard-to-fill roles at all levels. Create and implement sourcing strategy, execute the end-to-end recruiting process, conduct in-depth intake meetings with managers to ensure alignment on position, impact and expectations while providing market insights and education. Identify the best online sourcing channels, organize targeted outreach events in the industry to identify high quality candidates and assess candidate quality, skills and fit for positions. Must have proven recruiting experience with increased levels of responsibility and demonstrated experience developing acquisition strategies. Excellent organizational and time management skills, superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills and a deep understanding of the labor markets and talent pools. Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Qualifications & Requirements:
Possesses extensive experience in all aspects of recruiting for non-exempt, professional, technical, managerial and executive positions. Broad based knowledge of HR including employee relations, benefits, compensation, training and organization development is required. Position requires familiarity with corporate HR policies and programs including benefits, compensation, relocation and incentives and the ability to explain them to applicants, new hires or transferring employees. Is knowledgeable of local, state and federal laws pertaining to the employment process. Possess effective conceptual and planning skills. Handles complex and/or volume of open positions which requires strong understanding of business issues. Proficient with MS Office Suite including Outlook, be detail and customer service oriented and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
