The Quality Engineer will manage the CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) process, as well as maintain high quality standards expected by customers in a rapidly growing market. Additional responsibility to lead ISO9001 Audits when necessary.

Some markets served include: Automotive, Food & Beverage, Plastics, Electronics, Life Sciences, etc.


The Quality Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance and effectiveness of policies as it relates to the Quality System through audits and evaluations
  • Managing key Quality System elements
  • Developing project implementation plans and driving progress across departments to meet deadlines and maintain Quality standards
  • Influencing at all organizational levels
  • Educating colleagues about quality assurance methods and improvement tools


The successful Quality Engineer will posses:

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar
  • Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in a regulated, high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Minimum of three (3) years of working in a Quality Assurance or Quality Systems function
  • Knowledge of NPI, Manufacturing, Reliability, Process Control, and Change Management
  • Experience with Quality System development and/or improvement within a regulated environment (ISO9001, ISO17025, TS16949, etc.)
  • Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
