Apex Systems is helping a Financial Service Client build a team for Software Quality Assurance. Needing a Sr. Production Support Analyst. This will be at least a 3-6+ month contract to hire position. For this role, good understanding of production support, will need a technical background and distributed computing skills as well as strong communication skills.

Title: Production Support Analyst Sr
Location: 100% REMOTE, client based out of San Antonio, TX 78288
Contract: 3-6+ contract to hire, however Apex Systems cannot guarantee the length of assignment.
Shift: M-F 8-5 (40hr work week)
- Manage deployment, defect management, change management, and incident management processes
- Work with development teams to create / enhance production health dashboards
- Ensure applications adhere to defined IT General Controls and are generally compliant
- Manage disaster recovery / failover processes. Work with development teams to ensure applications are resilient, highly available, and can fail over.
- Coordinate upgrade activities for platforms / infrastructure that applications are dependent on
