We are excited to announce that our Engagement Center business is rapidly expanding and we are hiring a new team of Inside Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives. You will be part of a new client initiative that will start on February 3, 2020 and be based in our brand new location in Newtown, PA.

Responsibilities

We are working in partnership with Noven to build this Inside Sales team to help launch the first and only FDA approved patch for schizophrenia in adults.  You will be a part of our Deployment Solutions team, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to provide better, smarter, faster solutions for the industry. Take part in leading the transformation of healthcare by joining the largest provider of outsourced commercial solutions to the healthcare industry.

The Inside Pharmaceutical Sales Representative [ISR] implements the clients marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers.  In the assigned territory, the ISR will utilize all marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience. Customers include but are not limited to physicians, healthcare providers and healthcare clinic personnel.  The ISR will plan and organize activities to insure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action.  Increased business activity for the client will result from the ISR’s efforts.  Administration of territory information and compliance to reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative.  Participation in training and development programs is required.

Key Job Responsibilities
(Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following):

  • Implements and executes in a compliant manner marketing and sales direction to achieve territory promotional objectives
  • Establishes and maintains professional relationships with targeted physician groups.
  • Achieve contract performance goals and objectives for geographical assignment as established in the client agreement.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of promoted products Communicates effectively with peers and management.
  • Execute comprehensive and accurate sales presentations using all marketing and selling resources.
  • Contact and deliver proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers.
  • Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to insure efficient and comprehensive coverage of territory utilizing an effective pre-/post-call process.
  • Presents a professional sales image in all business matters.
  • Display exemplary phone etiquette following approved call talking points/guide.
  • Works collaboratively with client staff and vendor partners across service lines.
  • Focus and provide exemplary customer service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and handle/resolve customer complaints.
  • Answers incoming calls and perform outgoing calls in a professional manner following client guidelines and business rules
  • Manages calls in a personal, systematic, and organized manner
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to assigned manager
  • Work with internal client regulatory and medical affairs and Engagement Center Manager to efficiently and effectively resolve customer needs
  • Complies with departmental standards regarding training, professional development, communication, management of workload, and safety/emergency situations.
  • Participate in all training and development programs.
  • Maintain required project documentation.
  • Completes all necessary compliance training and administrative tasks in a timely manner.
  • Manages and maintains expense and promotional budgets for the territory within guidelines
  • Understands and utilizes Telephony system and records appropriate information in the CRM data base in accordance with customer business rules and training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

Education:

  • BA/BS Degree required

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of B2B and/or Pharmaceutical Sales Experience
  • 1-2 Years Psych/CNS disease state experience a plus
  • Willingness and experience in engaging via a remote multi-channel approach
  • Ability to prioritize and reprioritize workload depending program needs.
  • Understanding of Insomnia market dynamics and perceptions a plus
  • History of documented and consistent track record of success in exceeding results in prior roles
  • Strong sales, listening and phone based communication (written & verbal) skills.
  • Expert presentation and selling skills including customer engagement & relationship building success.
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply disease state and product knowledge to promote products in a highly compliant manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in multi-tasking.
  • Consistently demonstrates initiative, self-motivated with strong performance orientation.
  • Possess strong business acumen skills.
  • Promote products in a highly compliant manner.
  • Effectively work independently and as a team member
  • Demonstrated capability in prioritizing workload depending on program needs.
  • Strong Technical/Computer expertise including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and able to leverage digital technology and resources.
  • Must live in optimal geography of Newtown, PA Engagement Center location
  • Ability to travel as required for training, POA meetings, etc.

Preferred Skills

  • Call Center Experience
  • Proven ability to work with all regulatory legal, and compliance parameters.
