Administrative Assistant

Aerotek Lancaster Full-Time
$17.00 - $20.00 / hour

Job Responsibilities:
1. Performs a variety of administrative duties for Manufacturing and Quality Assurance departments within Operations
2. Will be performing administrative duties within the office and out on the floor
3. Maintains new and existing manufacturing orders, lead times, and schedules
4. Assists in maintaining accurate records and maintaining databases within manufacturing and quality
5. Assists with project communication and documentation regarding status of projects
6. Assists with management of tasks related to project completion
7. Support the generation of documentation needed for shipment of hardware, including FAI's, EIDPs, etc.
8. Assists in scheduling to support OPS activities
9. Will be required to interact with teams throughout the organization; so other duties may be assigned

Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM

Qualifications:

1. 3-5 Years of Administrative Experience
2. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (do not need to know pivot tables, graphing, etc. but will be extremely beneficial)
3. Experience from Manufacturing, Construction, or HVAC industries
4. Strong Ability to multi-task
5. Experience working with multiple departments and pulled in different directions
