Job Description


The UHS Southern California Regional Office is located in Temecula, CA.

This position is based at the Regional office.

Job Requirements


Knowledge of current computer software.

Ability to pass Excel test.

Mathematical aptitude and analysis skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Good communication skills, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi task.

Skilled in analyzing job content and job description development.

Knowledge of standard generally accepted compensation practices.

Detailed knowledge of State and Federal Wage and Hour regulations.

Ability to generate detailed written reports.

Must have the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.


5-7 years of relevant compensation experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.


Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field preferred.


Completion of CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) highly preferred.


Fast paced office environment.

Ability to work with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Frequent incoming and outgoing phone calls.
