BlueForce, Inc. is seeking to hire aLogistics and Property Managementto assist the US Joint Counterintelligence Training Center (JCITA) located at Quantico, Virginia. JCITA provides a full spectrum of joint and advanced counterintelligence (CI) training to DOD, which includes CI operations, collection, investigations, functional services, and analysis. JCITA is also responsible for training DOD Security Operations personnel. ***Position is subject to contract award***DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe Logistics and Property Management duties include, but are not limited to:Support various aspects of logistics functions for JCITA and shall keep JCITA Government Leadership informed of logistics concerns/issues, and coordinate with course chairpersons to identify equipment requirements.Manage a fleet of GSA vehicles of approximately 80 fleet vehicles across multiple locations, identify vehicle maintenance issues, monitor warranties, schedule maintenance and/or repair appointments, coordinate vehicles replacement, maintain vehicle logs, and perform other related tasks as requested by the Government.When required, the contractor shall collect and document fleet vehicle accident information and maintain records of accident type, damage severity, repairs required, and other necessary accident details. Research for supply vendors, maintain an organized warehouse, perform order tracking and inventory reconciliation, and develop/maintain a property management and hand receipt program. Assist in maintaining records for accountability and maintenance for property and supplies; assist in conducting inspections of inventories, property, and equipment; and secure common access equipment when not in use. Manage JCITA space allocation and prepare reports for inventories and inspections, as required.Might drive and/or be a passenger in a U.S. government vehicle including purchased, leased, and/or rented when supporting the JCITA mission.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSUS Citizen who shall possess and maintain an active Top Secret/SCI eligible and able to pass a polygraph.An Associate's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Public Administration, or similar discipline is required.A minimum of five (5) years of experience in property management is required.Shall have an understanding of the Intelligence Oversight rules as found in DoD 4240.1-R and Executive Order (EO) 12333.Holding and maintaining valid state driver’s license. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Public Administration, or similar discipline is preferred.GSA fleet management experience is highly desired.
