SharePoint Admin - Knowledge Management Analyst with Security Clearance

SharePoint Admin - Knowledge Management Analyst
• Clearance: DoD Secret
• Certification: CompTIA Sec+
• Location: 8209 Terminal Road, Suite 700, Lorton, VA 22079
• Work Schedule: Hybrid (one day onsite) DUTIES
• Management of 5 SharePoint Site collections
• Gather requirements and provide solutions on site design, navigation, and collaboration workspaces to customers.
• Develop reference guides and provide SharePoint training to non-technical users.
• Monitors, removes, and archives outdated content while proactively updating as needed.
• Respond to change requests from the team in a timely manner and clarify any requests that need resolution.
• Evaluate, revise, and continuously improve the KM Framework workflow and procedures as the organization scales.
• Promote the use of knowledge management tooling and processes to facilitate sharing of knowledge using the available tools at his/her discretion.
• Support the development and implementation of training on KM processes and tooling.
• Understand and recognize key challenges/roadblocks to KM cultural change and develop effective programs to drive adoption and improve KM value.
Must Have Skills:
• 2+ years of experience developing and implementing SharePoint sites, pages, lists and libraries in SharePoint 2016 and/or SharePoint Online.
• 2+ years of experience in administering unique SharePoint permissions and creating custom permission groups.
• 1+ years of current proven experience in implementing Knowledge Management strategies or in solutions delivery
• Experience in creating custom workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Superior customer service attitude.
Desired Skills:
• Experience using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
• Metrics Knowledge
