At Regions, the Treasury Management Product Manager is the line of business owner and subject matter expert for multiple or more complex treasury management products or services. The Product Manager assists and may lead in product or enhancement development, and the development, execution and tracking of marketing or line of business programs for a specific product or product line by collecting, analyzing, reporting marketing and sales performance data.

Coordinates consideration of new product development or enhancement of existing products
Analyzes sales information, projections, and other meaningful data and prepares forecasts on market evolution and company products
Coordinates promotions and advertising efforts of products or brands under his/her responsibility
Provides short-term and long-term strategic direction
Recommends marketing strategies including advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future product development
Works with sales teams to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies to identify opportunities
May review business competitive data, coordinate development of management reporting and manage appropriate pricing grids
Prepares and conducts product training as needed
Provides Geography support as needed
Determines marketing and business segments' objectives and recommends strategies, including advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future development of multiple or more complex products
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
High school diploma or GED
Five (5) years of treasury management, market research, project management, ebusiness or product development experience
Ability to handle more complex marketing issues or products
Good communication and organizational skills

- Responsible for managing Liquidity and Deposit product offerings in the Commercial, Government, and Non-profit sectors. Product responsibilities include strategic growth and management of the Commercial Liquidity & Deposit solution set to include, interest rate and earnings credit rate pricing, deposit accounts, sweeps, and off balance sheet liquidity solutions. Plays an integral role in development, strategy (i.e. deposit forecasting, revenue and expense forecasting, future products, etc.) and product roll out, monitors the achievement of established goals. Analyzes sales information, projections, and other meaningful data and prepares forecasts on market evolution and product set. Coordinates promotions and advertising efforts of products under his/her responsibility. Typically requires an individual with extensive experience handling complex product, pricing and go to marketing strategies.
