RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Suffern, New York (NY) that is looking for a Customer Support resource to add to their growing team. This candidate will have the opportunity to support various accounting functions of the business. This is a great place for Entry Level candidates to grow and gain experience with an expanding company. This candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
- Replying to customer emails
- Strong Excel experience a must
- Strong admin skills especially in math
- Experience with problem solving/analysis
- Very organized
- Communication proficiency
