Ultimate Staffing in North Houston is sourcing Administrative Assistant candidates! Candidates must have experience with support one or more departments, such as Accounting, Human Resources, and Logistics departments. These positions are a temp and temp to hire roles. The Admin Assistant provides support for one or more departments performing variety of administrative functions. Will be responsible for scheduling appointments, providing information for clients/callers, compose memos, letters, and emails, and researching and creating presentations. Also facilitate meetings, generate reports, prepare and monitor invoices, and process reports. In some cases act as a project leader or office manager for certain tasks.
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ie. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Knowledge of and experience with Adobe, Quickstart, FileMaker Pro, Access, MS Live Meeting and WebEx as required.
