This position will be located in our Plant 3, WhitehallCasting Operation, and will support manufacturing through process control andimprovement initiatives, assume responsibility for integrity for assignedproduct, establish and maintain external and internal customer contacts,document and prepare part specific work instruction, maintain knowledge of jobcost, and develop/implement appropriate plans to improve profitability.
Bachelor'sdegree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the UnitedStates. Verification of employmenteligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for thisposition.
This position is subject to the Internal Traffic in ArmsRegulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accreditedinstitution in the following disciplines preferred: Ceramics, Materials, Metallurgical, orChemical.
Previous internship or co-op experience in a manufacturingenvironment or lab environment.
Knowledge of MS Office and Excel, excellent written and oralcommunication skills, able to work in a self-directed or team environment, andhave good organizational skills.
Working knowledge of statistical analysis.
Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ABS.
Strong analytical abilities.
