Who You Are

Our Carmel Real Estate office is seeking an immediate hire for a highly energetic Administrative Assistant position. Are you a reliable person who's motivated, can work independently, and has strong problem solving skills? The ideal candidate must be customer service and detail oriented, computer savvy, with excellent communication skills. Real estate, marketing and/or graphic design experience is a huge plus. The role requires 30 hours a week, Monday thru Friday.

In this role, you will...
  • Be tech savvy and have working knowledge in different internet-based programs.
  • Have an ability to work with other types of software programs, i.e., Excel, Word, Publisher.
  • Be a strong team player with the ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast paced environment.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and contribute to the success of our office.
  • Have IRMLS/MIBOR and Real Estate experience as a plus!
