Direct, verify, inspect, and record on a daily record (log) all incoming/ outgoing customer/employee vehicles to ensure all parts are invoiced and paid. Handle incoming parts and returns to ensure they match receipts and direct them to appropriate salesperson. Monitor the work area using security cameras, and immediately address security situations with management. Abide by company policies for attendance, safety, processes, teamwork, training, etc. Perform other related duties.
Education and Experience: High School Diploma and/or GED.
Skills and Abilities: Good communication skills, close vision work with computers and parts checking. Timely attention to details and accuracy.
Physical Demands: Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. Required standing, walking, and use of hands and arms to reach. Regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions with frequent exposure to hot, and occasional wet or humid conditions. Must be able to lift to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift and or move up to 75 lbs. without assistance.
