Job Description

Structure: 6-12 Month Contract to Hire

Transportation: No public transportation, must have own car

Pay: $17/hour (Periodic Raises at 6 & 12 months pending performance)

Hours: 11am-8pm; 12am - 8am; with multiple shifts available

We are searching for four Technical Support Specialist to join a well-known real estate brand & relocation service corporation in Madison, NJ! As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting 1,300 onsite corporate employees, plus real estate agents, located throughout the country. All tickets will be handled via incoming calls and ticket queues that will be tracked through Heat Ticketing System.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience handling tickets via email and/or phone
  • Experience working with an enterprise ticketing system (ex. Heat or Remedy)
  • Experience resetting passwords for end users
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Email Support (Office 365)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for helping people and customer service
  • Printer Connectivity / Support
  • Experience utilizing Active Directory in a professional setting (adding and deleting users)

Responsibilities

  • Support roughly 1,300 internal employees via phone or email
  • Escalate and track issues until resolved
  • Handle high-call volume, approximately 40 tickets/calls per day
