Japanese company seeks for Sales Representative.
-Build relationships with key contacts among customers.
-Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
-Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
-Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.
-Pursue sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them.
-Prospecting new clients with phone calls and frequent business trips.
-Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
-Build long-term trusting relation ships with clients.
-Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
-Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
