Drive oversight of operational process for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
Manages relationship with client Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery team
Leads Business Disaster Recovery Planning meetings with client, regional teams and vendors
Owns and maintains Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery resource materials and technology for Business Continuity Plan, Employee Accountability, Client Incident Reporting, call trees and location mapping
Oversees testing of employee accountability systems and alternate work strategies to meet KPIs
Provide regular support to regional teams through event management by providing potentially impacted sites and related risks
Develop and host quarterly Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery trainings for facilities, engineering, and project teams
Facilitate Operational Loss Reporting routines, troubleshooting by carefully manipulating large sets of data, and understanding how the data source was derived
Manage Emergency Disaster Supply locations through close partnership with supply vendor and both US and India FM teams
Interface with Call Center, Data Management, Project Management, Engineering and Energy & Sustainability, Business Intelligence and Finance teams for ongoing routines and process improvements
Research industry best practices and determine resources for acquiring additional knowledge to improve performance and quality of programming
Utilize on account analytics to pinpoint problems and provide recommendations for solutions
Performs additional job duties, as requested
A minimum of 2 years experience in commercial real estate and/or Facilities Management
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and Access)
Knowledge of standard Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery routines a plus
Operate with an outcome-focused mindset, intense proactivity, and independent self-starter
Must be detail oriented, organized, flexible, and willing to assume new projects
The ability to move people to action, including self, with a sense of urgency
Proven track record of excellent internal and external customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally in a clear and concise manner while maintaining an executive presence
Strong team player with the ability to grasp new ideas and change direction quickly, in a fast-paced environment
Must have ability to travel, sometimes unexpectedly or suddenly for Disaster Recovery support
Position is responsible for helping to provide 24/7 coverage to support client operations during large scale events
