Looking for an experienced HR specialist to source and interview active and passive candidates. The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic, detail-oriented and be able to anticipate Principals' needs and provide exceptional service in a timely manner. Qualified candidates will work independently and be productive in a remote working environment. Must be flexible to shift priorities as needed.
Manage job postings, review and screening applicants, schedule interviews, and assist with the interviewing and offer processes.
Remain in contact with candidates and assist in their onboarding.
Provide coaching to hiring managers on the interview and hiring processes.
Use your knowledge of the competitive landscape to build recruiting strategies for open positions.
Own the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing and closing all candidates.
Ensure compliance with policies, corporate requirements and relevant employment laws.
2+ years experience in high volume recruiting environment.
Minimum high school diploma.
Possess superior organizational and time management skills.
Able to work independently and report progress and results to a team.
Positive professional attitude, team player, capable of working well with a vast array of employees and applicants.
Familiar with internet research, LinkedIn, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Calendar.
