Robert Half is seeking candidates to fill various positions as a HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST with very reputable company that we currently work with.  In this HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST position, there will be a proactive focus placed on new employee processing and other administrative tasks that support the new employee orientation process.  This HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST position will also be assisting with recruiting needs for new employees, including maintaining the employee database and attending various job fairs, setting up on-site open houses and attending various networking events.  This HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST should be highly skilled and has efficient customer service skills and can also proficiently communicate very well with internal employees regarding employee-relation needs. 


DUTIES 

Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions 

Assist with planning new employee orientation meetings 

Helps conduct benefits enrollment for new employees 

Helps verify I-9 documentation and maintains books current 

Assist with new employee background checks 

Reconcile benefits statements 

Assist with full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing resumes and conducting phone screens and  

Conducts audits of various payroll, benefits or other HR programs 

Updates HR spreadsheet with employee change requests and processes paperwork 

Assists HR Manager with various research projects and/or special projects

REQUIREMENTS 

2+ years experience in Human Resources and/or strong Recruiting experience 

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite 

Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills  

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
