Slomin's Inc., the nation's largest privately owned home security company, is seeking Full-time Inbound Call Center Professionals for our Hicksville, New York office. Afternoon / Evening shifts ONLY!

Responsibilities primarily include taking inbound calls from our customer base. You will assist the customer with inquiries related to all aspects of their Slomin’s account (billing, troubleshooting, etc.).
Qualified candidates will be energetic, professional, possess customer service skills, and a desire to succeed. 6 - 8 weeks of paid training, Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Call center experience preferred but we are open to individuals with the right attitude who are willing to work hard to learn what it takes to provide excellent customer service.

Must be willing to work one (1) weekend shift per week.
