Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

* Partner with Marketing and Communications teams that 1) drive pipeline in support of revenue goals, 2) enhance and scale global communications, and 3) elevate company brand awareness
* Lead forecasting processes (monthly and quarterly forecasts, scenario modeling), while partnering with the Marketing Planning Team to build out budgets within Allocadia
* Directly interface with Marketing teams to manage?headcount and Opex
* Work with?partners?and Accounting?to track financial results
* Analyze financial results and?communicate important messages to senior?management optimizing our performance
* Create analysis and presentations to help?communicate strategic initiatives?across the organization
* Work with the Functional leads to?provide management reporting, accounting?and compliance understanding of?global and local operational initiatives
* Support our businesses with financial insights?and development of performance?metrics
* Drive automation and improve existing financial close, planning, and reporting processes
* Contribute to establishing ROI framework and KPIs, partnering with Marketing Analytics, Demand Generation, Digital, and Brand teams

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

* 5+?years experience
* Experience partnering with Marketing, with understanding of key SaaS KPIs and metrics
* Interest?in?understanding beyond the "what" as to?the?"why"
* A prior background in?FP&A, equity research, investment?banking, or?similar background that?understands both?financial and operational?metrics
* Analytical mindset, financial modeling?and?reporting abilities
* Advanced Excel?and PowerPoint?skills
* Proficient in working in large datasets?and?identifying trends / anomalies?against?expectations
* Experience with Allocadia, Anaplan, BPC, SAP,?Business?Objects, Tableau, or other BI tools?preferred

FD21

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $104,900 - $173,100, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
